I provide bookkeeping services to small and home-based businesses using Quickbooks. I have over 20 years of Quickbooks experience. If you prefer, I can also provide you with training and a how-to manual so you can learn to handle your own bookkeeping.

Bookkeeping

$75/hr

Depending on your needs, I provide transaction coding, monthly bank reconciliation, payroll setup & production, reports generation, Quickbooks training and/or How-to Manual, etc.

real ESTATE LISTING pictures

I go out to your listed properties to take pictures and video for posting to your listing and on social media.

Take Pictures

$125/per

I take external and interior pictures of the property, from multiple angles and email them to you for your listing. Price is per property.

Take Video

$50/per

I take a walk-thru video of the property, from the front door and throughout the house and email them to you for your listing.

Add-on price per property.
