A mobile notary public verifies only the identity of the individual who signed the document, and not the truthfulness, accuracy, or validity of that document. A notary is proving that the person named in the document, is the person that signed the document. A notary can also administer an oath or affirmation to certify that the person physically signed the document in front of the notary, and made a statement about the truthfulness of the document.
1. Personally appear in front of notary
2. Provide valid, non-expired ID
3. Notary reviews document for completeness and ensures no blanks or missing information
